This slicer features a 7.5” blade, a stainless steel carriage, and a coated steel and die cast aluminum housing. The blade, guide and carriage are all removable for easy cleaning. Powered by a 130 watt motor, slice thickness can be adjusted from 1/32” up to 1/2”.
